Konntact aims to provide three main types of services:

1)      Omni Channel Contact Centres and Customer Engagement

2)     Specialist services for Fintechs, including Onboarding, Identify Verification and Transaction Monitoring

3)     Professional Services for SMEs, such as Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Quality Management

Whilst our main target sector is Financial Services, we are able to provide some of these services to other SMEs.

Although the company was only formed in December 2022, we have rapidly established a comprehensive range of services for OminiChannel Customer Engagement and FinTech Compliance. Our aim is to develop more specialist services in these areas around our own specialist platform.

Konntact uses ZoHo as its Customer Engagement and Ticketing platform along with a number of other software modules. We therefore provide a range of channels to enable customers and prospects to communicate with a manned contact centre, branded according to your organisation.

 

Channels exist on our website to enable customers to contact us via the channel of their choice including a ChatBot, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Konntact’s agents can see all the threads from whatever channel used and can communicate back with the same channel. The data is recorded in both a CRM and Ticketing System and the agents are able to use a single dashboard to communicate or respond.
