Disaster Recovery Plan
Within the comprehensive framework of a Business Continuity Plan, lies the essential Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), designed to tackle the most dire of scenarios: catastrophic events and disruptive IT incidents. The DRP comprises five crucial phases, namely Prevention, Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery, each playing a pivotal role in ensuring a business's resilience. Konntact, recognizing the gravity of these measures, extends its expertise through a specialized service - Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS).

Business Continuity Plan includes a Disaster Recovery Plan, which deals with catastrophic events and IT disruptions. The DRP has five steps: Prevention, Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery. Konntact offers Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), replicating and hosting servers in a cloud-based environment for failover. This allows for remote support in case of a worst-case disaster, such as a complete shutdown of physical facilities or computing resources. Konntact provides failover for on-premise or cloud computing environments, billed on-demand or through ongoing agreements, with requirements documented in service level agreements (SLAs).
